It gets better, I fitted the straight through centre and OEM rear section, but it seems the impact had also bent the front pipe as well. It's a good 3-4" bent to the rear and even if I force it to fit the centre pipe, it pushes everything too far back.

So I now need to order a front pipe as we'll... Sad

Q: do I need to drop the cross member to get the front pipe off (it looks like it)..?

After getting the new front pipe, I've refitted the exhaust complete with the straight through centre pipe.

First impressions are:-

1. Noise is not much more than normal, but only driven on A/B roads, no motorway yet. Hope droning isn't too noticeable at speed.
2. Little difference in performance, if anything it seems to be a bit more sluggish but nothing to worry me.

The main aim was to remove the low hanging centre box, which it certainly does.
