United Kingdom 2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS DCPU Keswick Green
Perhaps a good example of how things can go so wrong so quickly. Looking at the original water crossing it seemed quite innocuous.

Something to be said for actually going slow & deliberate when recovering, although they did seem to have certain time-related issues!

Horrendous recovery. So many faults, can't believe they allowed it to be shown.
