Not if its mechanically closing and closed before you apply the electronic closure. If you are unsure you could blank it also for prevention.

All UK fuel must meet British and European standards - EN228 for unleaded and for diesel EN590 - which could explain similarities between brands. Retailers can add a cocktail of additives to boost performance, however.
The key is the additives and if you recall the saying..... You get what you pay for ![]() Are you using the 5% bio or the B30 that the can sometimes offer without you noticing? As the B30 has a much higher bio fuel content which can be detrimental to some vehicles...... M |

It would appear that much of the fuel we use in the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland comes from the one refinery at Grangemouth that has been in the news over the past fortnight. So is the only difference between BP, Shell, Tesco and Morrisons diesel a few squirts of some 'additives'?
