Buy it, do a change of use, stick a Pay and Play site on it, speedboat racing, run a couple of flying boats giving airial tours of the lakes.................you could recoup your investment in a couple of years

Yep, it's a 15 year lease not an asset sale, so you so you'd have to depreciate the 300k over the 15 years, and then do it all over again. 20k a year is a hell of a cost to have to cover each year before you even open the front door for a business based on boat hire, fishing rights and cream teas... No idea what the revenues are though, so a braver man than me might make a go of it.
