130 Four seater? => done!
Does anyone know if it's possible to create a four seater? I'm thinking of removing the 2/3 part of the rear seats out. Not sure if you can get the 1/3 part mirrored? Thing is, I'd like to keep things 'oem' like.
The idea is to fabricate a rear armrest in the middle with a build in fridge. Laughing

One of the key features of these seats is the adaptations in use, for instance you can safely install just 2 outer seats only and allow access through the centre to the rear seats or simply just install one.

Two of those could be an option, although I'm not really liking the design (if we could speak of any design at all with a Defender) and the looks of the fabrics.

With a bit of bracket fabrication you could fit a pair of front seats in the rear. Darren

It has been done, fitting two separate second row seats:

Ok, I'll think of something more original then... Mr. Green

Serious mode:
Thanks for the post. The back of the seat looks a bit weird, but I'll have time to get things sorted. Won't be going on a holiday any time soon. Big Cry

i have put two front seats in the back of my double cab and fitted the fridge in the middle. Easy to do just needed two bars for the seats to attach to and then the bars attached to the seat box. Good and comfortable.

Fitting front seats to the back of my 130 and a dog cage in the middle is in my job list for this year, I want to create a good storage location under the seats.

Still playing with the idea, even though I had all the seats occupied a couple of times. Mr. Green
You wouldn't have any photos of the build and end result, would you TJN?

Ive been tempted to do this. My thoights were to get the single seat from the bench from a European vehicle. As ive notice the split is on the opposite side. This would utilise an almost oem fit( some hole required) abd certainly retain oem look and use. Also id retain fold flat and forward bench seats to van the back end

I wonder if those Brookwell seats actually fit the second row of a DC - there's no mention I can see on the website. Remember that the DC seats differ from the SW/USW seats in that the rake of the backrest is altered to clear the back fo the cab.
