I'm having the same issue on my TD5. After a bit of research I was directed to www.ecutesting.com. A couple of people have had some success with them. I mentioned it to the garage I use (MID Engineering) and as a test he sent one up from a freelander, now that's back and repaired mine is out and in the post to ecu testing as I type.

I've not spoken to ecu as the garage has done it all so don't know what they're like to deal with. Worth a shot though! Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful! |
