2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Stornoway Grey

anyone on here know how to completely wipe the software / operating system and reload with a non corrupt version / recommend a version?

if I go to camera or try to do a txt message the battery charge and drop to empty within a minute?
I've read somewhere this is due to a particular OS version ?

Doesnt it have a factory reset setting which will wipe everything and restore initial factory settings, just remember to save important stuff to computer first

saved everything but don't know if there is a factory reset or not ?
