I had tracking done there and they picked up on some brake work that was also needed and they were spot on. Only did what was needed and talked me through the job. Good customer service and nice people to deal with. Would use again but moved away from them now so no longer local.

Well I've just spoken to the famous Steve and mine's going in on 10 Jul to have my tappety rattle checked out. Its handy because we're in Malvern on hols and taking the kids to see the musical 'Joseph' in Oxford that afternoon so two birds one stone etc

Steve will be getting a big head!

We have been going there with the defenders for 13 years now. and we were so happy we returned to buy a D4 from them. It is an 80 mile round trip for us but we get to have lunch in Oxford and visit the market as well.

He has even diagnosed a collapsed intercooler hose over the phone when we were broken down in the Sahara.

Price wise. you pays for what you gets and I am hoping that the D4 will not be taking up its fully covered year long warranty.
