Check out this item on eBay
item number eBay Item No. 121152054743
The seller states they are Dakar wheels but the gaps between the spokes are equal where on the Dakar wheels they are not, I think they might be Blindo wheels as he also mentions they are made in Italy same as the Blindo

Not much seller history, and given they don't know much about the wheels, I'd be suspicious about where they came from....
