Been before on Friday and it's great, crowds are thinner so you can get closer to the action.
Just arrive early to avoid five miles of queuing traffic! |

Several years ago, Australia's most popular Touring car driver, Peter Brock, was well received at Goodwood.
Do any of you remember him? Peter was subsequently killed in Australia whilst driving a Cobra replica in a rally/road event. Cheers, Pickles. |

Go Beyond, how was your visit to Goodwood?
I ended up going on the Sunday and turns out my mate was being hosted by Maclaren...there fore, so was I! Ended up having an awesome day with a good look around the show. I paid particular attention to the LR stand (fell in love with the new RR) Twisted Performance stand and the Nene one. Nene had their Icon and new Icon RS trucks there. The RS ones look better than in the photos posed in a thread on here, but only just! Highlight for me was the MadMax Race team - Turbine powered motorbikes!!!! All in all a great day, but bloody HOT!!!! Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful! |

It was awesome, really enjoyed it
I to looked at the Nene and Twisted stands. I thought the Twisted stuff was top notch, really impressive, however I thought the Nene stuff looked tacky ... Highlight for me was the Porsche display showing the 50 years of 911 |

Agree with you mate. Nene hadn't even bothered to clean their ones which surprised me considering they're all for sale. I did like the 500bhp 110 on the Twisted stand! I could see myself cutting around in that! Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful!
