| discocuzzy Member Since: 16 Jul 2008 Location: surrey Posts: 1200    | Some pics of the wheel carrier fitted, no fixings to the body at all, mega solid...i was standing on the wheel last night taking a roof tent off..and im not twiggy      Picture of the substantial cross member mounted pivot....NO holes in the body capping required     Latch mechanism...a joy to use and so simple   Swung away, just undo the latch and let go....damper does the rest..slow smooth opening without even touching it!!!..fantastic piece of kit     Fantastic piece of kit mate, well impressed   Guys, these are going to fly off the shelf...get your order in before its retail only  You cannot teach stupid people to do clever things | ||

 Well worth the wait, the carrier is an excellent bit of kit and thanks for fitting it for me   Spent yesterday getting frostbite fitting my tonneau cover, I will get pics of the carrier and tonneau cover at the weekend. As an aside, I noticed Andy's 90 had a Tough Dog return to centre steering damper fitted - are they any better than the standard LR version ? Bob | ||

 Glad you like it  you don`t miss much do you  spotting the damper, i to have one on mine did`nt spot that one did you   They are a great bit of kit and help with the pot holes in our roads  | ||
