A 1958 4 cylinder. If you have any information, advice then it would be appreciated.
It is for my father who is taking overseas with him, will be kept with me until it goes with him so will be me inspecting it etc on arrival. Any other advice welcome. |

A 35 will weigh less than a 90 so you could happily pull it behind a land rover on a trailer. Most of the Vintage boys pull their tractors around on trailers here all the time. Would be an option perhaps

My low loaders are bit OTT for a tractor but up here we have an excellent company called Beamish Transport,worth a try !

I had a similar issue couple of years back when I bought a MF35 off ebay!!.
In the end, got hold of a local recovery company, cost me £100 from Manchester down to Derby. They weight approx 1.5 tons and will fit on a car trailer so another option is to rent one and bring it back yourself. With the cost of diesel and trailer hire though it's probably worth paying someone else to do it.....  |

It will eventually be put on a trailer but sadly we sold ours and I'm of the age where my license won't allow me to tow a trailer of that weight and yet to do the B+E test
For now will have to arrange transport, the owner has quoted £200 so may just bite the bullet and have the advantage of seeing him and running through all its points, including any work needed to be done to it. Thanks |

The fuel alone is going to be over £100 and it's at least an 8hr round trip, particularly with a trailer so that doesn't sound too bad....

will never forget one of there drivers, took a corner on the main street of the town i live, with the trailer wiped out 2 traffic lights and kept driving... no way he didnt hear the almighty crash it made  |
