Wheel arch spats re paint
Does anyone have a ball park figure I should expect to pay to have the wheel arch spats rubbed down and resprayed black? They'd already be removed from the vehicle.

Cheers Darren

Pretty easy, especially on a new vehicle as there is no mud etc, basically there like plastic rivets, the centers push out of them and then you pull the rest out Thumbs Up CSK Automotive

I have the extra big Terrafirma ones. Just need enough Tonga Green to give them a couple of coats. Would they need clear gloss on top for protection from chipping & scratching etc? Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Yes they would want clear coat. The finish will not be any good for very long at all really. Diesel$ Live$ Matter. ⛽️🛢️👨‍🔧🧰⚙️ RED, WHITE & BOOST! 🇬🇧

The Terrafima ones are HDPE plastic you cannot paint them.

I find them a Censored to get back in, even with new ones. Its worth buying replacement genuine rivets as the Britpart ones I bought were useless. I ended up using stainless bolts & nuts.

Yes you can, choice of either gloss or matt. The gloss ones can be painted if preferred but are perfectly fine left unpainted. The matt ones I think are more flexible but shouldnt be painted.
