Oil from dustseal on front hub
After having overhauled my front axle i have been checking for leaks and up til now everything was well.

After some very light offroad work and a fair few miles on the motorway i noticed some oil on the wheel and tires

I took the wheel off and the dustcap on the hub was loose. Oil, probably one shot grease came from the hub.

Is there a faulty seal somewhere or do i just change the dustcap.
No oil on the brake discs or any where else though.

Did have fun there Very Happy

Did you just add one sachet of swivel grease? Adding more may cause a problem. Is the axle breather and tube clear? If not then high pressure in the axle may cause grease to leak out. Make sure that the dust cap is in good condition and fits well as it is intended to seal the grease in.
