You can check with the TER (the equipment register) online, ifor Williams are auto registered on there from new, theres alot of plant and trailers registered on there too but I think it costs about £10 or if its an ifor drop an email to the customer care people and they would tell you

Spoke to the ter yesterday and they told me there is over 10000 trailers listed as stolen on there database
