Adwest Engineering - need a new power steering box

Hi All,

General advice was to contact these guys for a replacement power steering box. Cannot seem to get a hold of a sales desk as they have been taken over by a company called Magal now.

Anyone spoken to then recently or have contact details other than the website ones? Not getting much joy buying a single unit directly from them. I've sent an email to the customer relations email and hopefully will hear back shortly.

irony is they are only 20 minutes from our office so could pop along and pick one up whilst I'm down here this week.

Adwest & Magal are next to each other, run by the same directors. Nothing new there. I would try e-mailing and seeing if you get a response. They are not really geared up for dealing with individuals, although they do.

I have got a spare 110 Defender one one the floor in the garage and i am up in Edinbrough next week If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

Anyone else have a power steering box for a 2002 td5 90 going spare? Just before I she'll out £338 for a new one from Adwest?

The price is including VAT so not too bad. Just checking with the collective group before I part cash
