I just sprayed it with ACF50 at 6mths old, still good 2 1/2 years later and 32,000 miles.

Welshgas, it's gone past that I'm afraid. Hidden under a Noisekiller blanket I missed it despite my otherwise quite exhaustive AC50 / Dinitrol programme. |

the fuel rail is made by cast iron, it is no t rust, only oxidation........ perhaps not beautiful to see but it's not a problem. The common rail reach 80°C...
