Sept?...That is 3-4 months awway. We've ordered a "90" (in Oz), & we have to wait 6 months, ordering/shipping etc, so even in the U.K, if it's a special order, you've still got a 3-4 month's wait? Cheers, Pickles. |

I ordered it last week and just managed to get a slot for Sept delivery. Another dealer had offered a deal on one as a spec change order for 1st week in August. They had however treated me like &@£? For the last 18months as a service customer so I let them down with a bump.
The dealer I used also wanted is delivered in Sept, new reg, new sales target? Not sure. Thanks to Jeremy at Hadley Green, forum sponsor. Great service especially when I had a spec meltdown and needed Jeremy to speak straight to me like 'no, pink would look bad' etc XS Stationwagon, Corris, HD wheels and MTR ( will go onto my V8 ) and a set of Sawtooth's in the boot. Carpet re fit and that's about it. Expedition rack to transfer from mine. Tow pack too. Our daily runner until then is the V8 for my wife and the '64 S2a for me! Watch out M25, the slow moving traffic is all my fault  1951 80" S1 2.0

XS Spec does now not come with carpets !!

But to have the carpets fitted is a £150 option. Dont see the point in refusing to change over a £150 option on the best part of 30K car. Small fly in the ointment I reckon. I wouldnt hesitate if I was in the market for a 110 XS SW. 110 D250 SE HT

I wasn't bothered about them in the front and middle row as the kids knock them to pieces.
I didn't however want the back end, where the 6+7th seats are, as just bare aluminium. It's noisy already. Gives me something to cover the dynamat with too! 1951 80" S1 2.0 1995 110 300TDI 1995 90 300TDI |
