Phoned them up and they said it takes up to 5 days for a decision to be made Rolling Eyes Big Cry but the call was logged which is good.

The dispute i put in was supposedly the wrong one Rolling Eyes ( unauthorised payment i listed it under ) so they declined it, its not a real person looking at problems any more but a sodding computer Evil or Very Mad So after about 30mins i got through to someone English aswell which was nice as then atleast they can understand the problem im having Mr. Green So the guy has put the correct claim in for me and now we have to wait for the other person to send the money back or if they dont hear from them then it gets refunded automatically Rolling Eyes CSK Automotive
