Clutch Hose Help.
I am on the cusp of replacing the clutch master cylinder on my Puma (2008) and on the list of 'whilst in there' is changing the clutch actuator and the hose that connects it.

So far so good - actuator sourced, master cylinder sourced.

It appears that the clutch hose is now NLS by Land Rover - I have tried all the usual suspects and it appears that nobody holds any stock (even though some of their websites show they have). I ordered one from an eBay supplier but they have contacted me saying that they cannot get any stock.

The bit I am looking for is:-

"Clutch Flexible Hose Assembly Puma - Defender VIN 7A000001 on - STH500060"

Any ideas or pointers greatly recieved. Rgds.

Not great then, probably worth widening your search beyond the UK if you haven't already.

Contact Pioneer 4x4 (https://www.pioneer4x4.com/) or maybe Goodrich(https://www.goodridge.co.uk/pages/gtech)

They can probably make something up custom in SS braided.

Pioneer 4x4 were awesome when I wanted brake hoses that went straight to the caliper and replace the long brakeline that ran along the rear axle with a braided one - a genuine person who knows defenders. Thumbs Up Zaid-M

Try a breakers such as Thornton Breakers.

Worth a try, not new but may get you out of a hole.

I remember I was looking at this part on the parts lists and couldn’t find it anywhere.

I'm beginning to find it rather disturbing the number of recent parts which LR is no longer supplying. Shocked

I wonder how LR Classic copes when rebuilding pre-owned late classic Defenders into £250k playthings for the affluent when these parts need replacing. Perhaps this explains the absurd price.
