Filters

Just had a quote from local Landy dealer for oil & fuel filters.
Oil filters are a reasonable cost but for the fuel filter I was quoted £40. Is that price about right for genuine filter ?
Current fuel filter that is on is Britpart. Are these ok ?

Just getting parts together for a service.
Any suppliers on the forum ?

Yes, a genuine fuel filter does seem to be £40 whereas what is the same part without the LR logo on is £5.89 from Advanced Factors.

Why use a very very cheap Britpart branded filter when a known branded filter is available for less than £6?
