Trading Standards
Just spent 1/2hr on the phone dissuading a :friend: from making an official complaint to Trading Standards after his purchase of the DVD "Bald & Barely Legal" for £60... Apparently a 45mins documentary on tyre tread depth & the Law was not what he expected :p"Ease your worries, Clear-up your woes,
