As posted before. Standard drivers are restricted to + 20mph. Advanced drivers (and riders) have no upper limit so can drive, when safe and justifiable at any speed. I use my exemptions of The Road Traffic Act on a daily basis!! Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful!
