Brand new take off fold down side steps for Defender. Offers or W.H.Y? 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Are they a front pair? And do they come with the bar that goes to the chassis?

Yes they are the undersill ones and were unboled from a new vehicle. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..
