Hopeless Main Dealer
Following on from this thread about the gear stick rattle http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic17928.html I decided upon seeing how easy it was to take the gear stick out to have a look and this is what I found.

The dealer had told me he had repacked it with grease, but there is no sign of grease just a poly bag stuffed inside the gear stick.

Whilst the stick was out I found the rattle wasnt the weights but the chrome ring behind the knob head moving about, a drop of super glue sorted that out.

On a serious note, I agree with Willy - send a letter to LRcs coppied to them.
