Knew it. Rolling with laughter I hate carpet so that was my reason but then again there is not much mud and dirt round Essex is there?

i agree that the clarity is excellent but they don't sound as "warm" as my 15 year old infinity set up on my 300 tdi. Perhaps it just needs a slight tweak of the graphic equaliser on the headunit Confused

yeah have a fiddle with the settings you'd be surprised what difference there is to be made. It can sometimes take a bit of a while to set things up just right. Also the tweeters are some of the closest to your ears so should make a noticeable difference.
