It's quite scary to think about how that can be abused, DVLA selling on your details.

Thanks for the replies. I'll get in touch with the hire car company, though it seems as soon as they hand the drivers details over thats the end of the hire car company - parking firm relationship and now its between the parking firm and myself.

just not happy on principle that I was invited in to the services by signs on the motorway, actually bought items from there, took a break in a near deserted car park and get a £60 bill for driving safely. Rolling Eyes

Oddly it was dark, I was tired and never saw the signs
