2 is there a finisher i need to get for the inside to sandwich the outer window , body panel
and the small lip on the window frame to finish the inside off.
3 other than using the window as a template can you get one from anywhere

Welcome to the forum, driver Thumbs Up

There was a tech thing in either Land Rover Owner or Monthly that talked through this in quite some detail. Perhaps someone will remember which mag. I think it must have been in the last 18 months or so.

Sorry can't be of any more help.

Hi welcome and same as seb ! Saw something in one of the Landrover mags some time ago and remember thinking how usefull they would have been when I did mine !

Depends on how much of a rush ur in I suppose but some one may rip said pages from glossy mag and send them to u !
Being as we are a friendly helpfull bunch ?

Anyway, in my experience sikaflex is the best thing I have used for such tasks I did this on a 200 TDI some 10 or 12 years back, it sticks like sh!t to a cat !
It's what the wind screen repair people use to bond wind screens in with so it must be good !
I've used tiger seal in the past though I don't think it's as good.

And the best advice I could give you is if your not sure wait for instructions, a picture paints and all that, and measure check measure check and check again !

Good luck DEFENDER XS CSW 08 TONGA GREEN
