The plains will be muddy and you will never get Salisbury silt off your truck unless you have a steam cleaner, so it's not for "shineys" unless its a dealership "loaner" Rolling with laughter

Don't I know it Rolling with laughter but I'm up for another trip as I'll have 3 days to get the mud off Thumbs Up
By the way Landlord there's a great jet wash in the Asda petrol station by your new home, I used it last time on the way home to get the worst off Thumbs Up

Looked like most of the vehicles from Muddy Bottom (just up the road & had an event on the same day) had been in there when I went in. You wouldn't had wanted to take a normal car into the bay it was probably 2 inches of mud in there.

Hi Steve,
Can't see any reason why not to bring it - it's a bit of a long stop, but of its rollocks freezing it could be quite pleasant!?

Sounds good, well we can see closer to the time what the verdict is and if you want to bother cleaning it after when the air is frigid cold haha.

appaloosadude: My first time on the plains i was in GG's and no problem, only lost any traction a handful of times and didn't get stuck at all, very surprising what the Defender can do with those tires. Guy (BigFog) on the other hand got on the wrong end of a rather large ditch full of water and put his winch to good use Razz Great looking Land Rover... ===================================
