We get this regularly at work on vehicles left parked for ages with the handbrake on,if you can see the drum through the wheel stick a socket set extension bar through the wheel on to the drum and give a sharp whack with a hammer,repeat this at several parts of the drum this nearly always works.If you can,t see the drum through the wheel take it off and hit the drum with a hammer directly (after chocking the wheels as you are parked on a slope). 2005 Td5 90 XS
