Topping up Water
Should I use tap water or distilled batery water or pre-mixed antifreeze?

I only need to fill a small amount in the bottle.

Generally best to use a pre-mix of antifreeze and water, but if it's only a small amount then distilled water would be ok although it will weaken the concentration of antifreeze-water slightly.
