No need to dynamat inside MY13+ front doors? LR did it 1st!
Hi Folks,
As one who has enthusiastically placed Dynamat all over the back, floors and even bulkhead of my 90 I thought I'd share the news that when I went to put some on the door skins I was surprised to find that the factory had beaten me to it. Yes they put a big piece on the inside of the doorskin about 12" by 6" which should be enough to dampen any vibration from that area.

It's a black rectangle piece on all 4 doors. I stick Dynamat over it and double layer, hear the difference...

Ronwong and Dgardel, do you really think adding the Dynamat makes a noticeable improvement then?
Might have to take my doors apart again! 2.2 90 XS

I still haven't hot around to any Dynamatt yet. Whistle Too much maintenance costs required often or not instead! Banging Head
