Gen LR folding side steps question.

Hi there

I have a defender 110 DC and I need to install some steps temporarily as my mrs is pregnant and finding it difficult to get in seeing as it has a 2" lift with 295/95/16 mud tyres!

I need to install steps for drivers and pax doors at the front for her

my question is will the gen LR folding side steps fit on a 110 fitted with rock/tree sliders?

Don't know but if you need some steps I have a pair you could have for a £10 donation to the Macmillan Challenge. 2007 TD5 90 Hard Top

Can you let me know if they do fit with the sliders? I've been wondering the same thing, thanks.

I've got sliders on my 110 (80x40mm box) which sits in the same place as the original ali sills, and with a bit of measuring I think that the flip down steps will fit fine, as they clear the bottom of the original sills by quite a bit anyway.

I even think they'll bolt up to the bottom of the floor bracketry as well.

Just need to find some now

I still have the rear Land Rover cross member fold down step if you want it, £5 to Macmillan Challenge. Will be passing Your way Saturday / Sunday if that helps. 2007 TD5 90 Hard Top

Can't speak for a 110 but I fitted my sliders on the 90 before eventually removing the steps.

Switzerland somewhere...
