blueprinting
Just wondered if anybody has blueprinted a td5? I know people do in to performance cars all the time but wondered if it would make a td5 engine that little bit nicer/smoother/quieter than it already is? I suppose a couple of internals changes could be made while you're in there Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

I'm pretty sure that Ian from IRB has done a lightened and balanced TD5 bottom end and I know of others that have been stroked to 2.8. It is possible to overbore but not by much so best save that in case you need anything more than a little honing.

A little work can be done to the head to make it flow better, not sure about bigger valves yet.

A re-worked 15p engine is on my 2013 rebuild shopping list!
