I WISH !!!! my 2.2 has never managed to hit its 90mph limiter yet just won't go over 85 even downhill with a good wind behind. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

There's nothing like going fast in your 110 with a side wind is there? That focuses your mind

![]() ![]() I did however enjoy taking my old Disco off the clock. Clock went to 115mph and it would go past by about 5cm... that was with big tires too so prob close on 130mph- not bad for a 20 year old 3.5 V8i.... That used to do 320miles to the tank (88 litres) ![]() Glyn ![]() ![]() |

My P38 (J Fearn Intercooler and Chip) hits its rev limiter in 5th at 120mph stable and not a handfull but you need balls to leave braking to late for a roundabout, stopping 2.3 Ton at that velocity i think exceeds the design of simple 2 pot calipers. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.
