Roof Lights
I know the ins and outs and pros and cons of roof lights, lighting bonnet up etc......

However, as I've got an expidition roof rack with the 4 mounts, I'm going to bung some on there.

I don't want to go 4x 100W as that's a bit over kill, however, has anyone ever done 2x55w on the outer side and then 2x 100w in the inner ones. Just not sure it's worth it, but just stick with 4x55w.

I will eventually be putting an A-Frame on with 2x100w on, which I think will be more beneficial lower down.

So, just 4x55w or 2x55w and 2x100w.

Cheers in advance! Thumbs Up Craig Rogers

I wouldn't bother with any up there... they'll only illuminate your bonnet

LED lights don't glare on the bonnet like standard spots

I was thinking about LED ones, but apart from these;

I couldn't really find any? Are they really bright enough? Light bars are not really suitable as I want to use the mounts on the rack. Craig Rogers

I'm not familiar with the LED spotlights but have an LED lightbar fitted to two different vehicles (which uses the same LED's I presume) and that is certainly bright !

The lightbar on my Trayback is fitted to the four existing spot light tabs using a simple home made bracket

Did you spot the little one on its side behind the drivers head as well, useful for spotting punches off to the side in night events
