First time I see what must be the full set of parts for the SVX, ICE, etc... front light set up. Anybody knows if the metal rings around the main clear lights (those with H4 bulbs) are also mild steel (so prone to rusting) as they are on the standard headlight set-up, or are these rings on this version stainless steel? You never actually own a Defender. Lovely. LR never can produce the full Monty, always something remains to worry about.
Anyone knows from where I can order a set of stainless steel ones to replace these mild steel versions? I need a supplier which will ship outside of the UK. I know that Bolt on Bits carry them on ebay, but they only ship to the UK so no good for me You never actually own a Defender. Saw it on their website. Just sent Tim an e-mail asking if the version they offer which they say is suitable for "most" defenders, also works for the SVX set up. You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.
