Greetings all, I've made it to Defender2 forum
 I've put 4533km on my new 08 Defender getting it home so thought I should introduce myself. Some of you will know me from AULRO and LROCV forums. For those that don't I live in the Northern Territory of Australia at the end of several hundred kilometres of dirt track.
I'll confess to being a minor Land Rover nut as I only have 2, a late 98 build 300Tdi 110 and the new 110. I've previously owned a 300Tdi Disco and until the other week a 2003 Td5 Disco. Unfortunately the DC on the front drive catastrophically failed and took out the auto transmission on the D2 at 125kph and so I have ended up with a new Defender (there's always some good news)  Click image to enlarge Now the modifications saga begins 
Anyway I have a very dirty Defender and camper trailer to clean and unpack so best be off. 110 2.4TDCi 110 300Tdi
