Thanks, thats clear now.

Depends how much you want the vehicle, but on principle tell them thats not what was agreed and your walking away from the deal.

If the dealer had any sense and if they had another XS in stock, they could have swapped the seat for one out of another vehicle and everyone would have been happy.

I am sure a seat base cover is less than 200, so don't know what they are kicking up the fuss for. Richard

Either a 90, 110 or 130.

Censored dealers, if they agreed to replace it as part of the deal and now they want to welch - name and shame the arseholes and the salesman in particular so we can add them to the ever growing list of liar dealers.

Make sure you get their name exactly right so this thread will appear on google whenever someone searches them. Thumbs Up

Emailed the Dealer Principle last night with all the facts and he emailed me back at 00:30.

Now awaiting a call from Sales Manager to get this sorted out... Cheers,

Call received, very sorry, shouldnt of happened. Not accpetable etc.

New Seat Cover with element will be arriving Thursday and fitted to the seat as agreed before I pick it up.
