To my knowledge it is, but Castrol won't confirm it. I have a feeling they both meet the same specs, but as I don't have any of the Professional here I can't check the label.

It's difficult to say. To me, that looks like the old labelling that Castrol used on Edge before they changed the Edge to Edge FST, but the specs listed are different to the back of the Edge FST anyway. That doesn't necessarily mean it's a different oil though, as it's being sold for engines that need Ford specs, they may as well only list the Ford spec, no need to list BMW, Merc, VW etc. Thinking about it, those specs are closer to the Magnatec 5w-30, just updated a bit.
