despite you like it or not, I guess you got it also because of the smaller size. Does`t make a difference in comfort? I guess more space.

PS. I bet you`ll get the original one to feel you have an airbag Laughing Puma 110" SW

I Love it!

I'm got the wheels in Motion to get the same wheel for my SVX.

I'm glad you posted these pics, so I can see what I can expect!

Very Happy

This is one of the problems: the momo make wheel up to 350 mm of diameter (like mine) but IT'S TOO SMALL!!!.

When you make a parking (speed closer to 0) it's necessary to put high pressure on the wheel for achieve the necessary friction from my hand and the wheel for rotate it.

The best result is using a 380mm of diameter wheel but momo haven't similar in their catalog. So the choice is for a moto-lita (www.moto-lita.co.uk)

or Mountney (if I don't remeber wrong the name)

Ha!

For both Moto-Lita and Mountney the boss is dedicated (Moto-Lita for Moto-Lita, Mountney for Mountney)!!!!

For momo, SImonini racing and others the boss is the same (ISO FIT) (the holes for fit the boss to the wheel I mean)

After reading this thread last night and thought how good this wheel looked I had a shop around. I found this and nearly bought it but the company selling them can't tell me hat boss kit I need. They say if I give them diameter and the number of splines they will tell me which one I need and quote me. I have bewen told they are 17mm and 36 splines. Can any one confirm this?

I have always driven older Land Rovers and I can't see why they moved away from the 300 Tdi steering wheel- it looked just right (as it also did in the 200 series Discovery) but then the 'Airbag' Steering wheel was used- why have a positivley sickening bulge on a steering wheel which has no purpose other than take up more space in the cab- but that is my personal oppinion.

I must be in the minority - I like the bulge one - over the other one they fit on the base specs certainly. Mike

I was unaware they fit a different steering wheel to the base spec 07> Defenders. Is it the same as the 300 series?

If they fitted these as std I would be happy and wouldn't change it, other than replacing the black LR badg in the middle with a Discovery colour one- it is prety much the same as the others but without the bulge.

But at the end of the day we all have different taste and will think diferent things look better.
