A number of (so called) security experts have used and recommended Lastpass.
If it's good enough for Steve Gibson (www.grc.com) it works for me.

If the Spooks want to hack my PC's, good luck to them.
I just dont think any hacker kids can hack this unless you choose such a lame master password. This is then your mistake.
