if you give your wheels a good clean with panel wipe and give them a nice scotch up then the paint will stick perfect Thumbs Up

i left the tyres on, masked majority up and held a piece of card just shaped to the tyre as i sprayed, bit of overspray on tyres but soon scrubbed off, and nope didnt laquer as he wanted a matt black finish if you are going for a gloss or metalic thats when you gotta use the laquer Wink , boost look nice in black if there done right

Sorry guys painting them is well ok but recoating is better Thumbs Up

Remove tyres

Chemical strip (not as invasive as shot / sand)

repair alloys as required never resin re-weld then smooth on a lathe

then powder coat in your desired colour

remount tyre

balance if dark alloys use dark weights Thumbs Up

Same, I can't afford, so I'll be having a go myself, though it's going to be quite entertaining trying to take a wheel off, prep and spray it, put it back on, take another off and so on ha ha 90 Puma HT
