Alternator Amps? 85/150
Hi there,

My first time posting here so very excited!

My problem is that I my alternator is on it's way out. I'm running a twin battery set up and running a fridge etc. when it started to play up - lots of whining/screeetching sounds like bearing and letting of bad smell.

My research tells me it's a Denso Alternator 85/150amps, haven't looked on back of alternator yet but I've come across confusion as towether Landrover put in a 85 amp for standard spec vehicles and 150 amp for higher spec. ones. Is this true?
Some suggest that they are all 120amp.

I'd like to upgrade it as I'm running a few things any feed back would be gratfully received.
