As you say torque converter installation was done carefully then I would assume all the bolts were fitted correctly and torqued to spec.

I have looked at a few autos in my past. My first question would be why did you replace the previous box and how long ago?
Might be worth telling me the same on the previous boxes?

How about using a petrol generator?

Aren't the dealers wonderful at fitting extras/options.
You have a selection of unused switches and they have to drill a hole and fit some weird switch because it comes in the kit.

That Bot130m stuff for the transmission is no longer available, the equivalent is Castrol Syntrans Multivehicle 75w90
For the transfer box you can use Castrol Syntrax Longlife 75w90
