Ok I know my spare should ideally be the same size as the tyre it is replacing, however for some stupid reason my spare that I got from the garage I bought it from is totally different! Long story sho ... |

it wouldn't hurt to separately fuse the socket.
Duraseal butt crimp connectors are best for splicing.

I do have a towing electrics installed, I didn't even consider that!! I will check out how best to do that for the rear all weather one. Should I still install a fuse near to the external socket??
