I've had 2 heads repaired (by the fellah on ebay) on our works td5s, one of them was about 2 years (30k miles) ago.
No problems. I wouldn't hesitate recommending the service. |

Having removed all the injectors we found that the engine wont turn over by hand. I'm thinking maybe a dropped valve.

I've a 2008 2.4 tdci that has stopped. There was a clatter coming from the engine for about 10 seconds then it stopped altogether and now won't start.

That's me officially out of ideas. 
Removed the ECU, checked all connections and earths etc. Ran some new ones direct to the battery earth. Still nowt.

The relay does nothing. Nada. If I jump a wire across it I can get the starter to turn over but not run. Also the dash is still skew whiff.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGH!!!
Came in again this morning, won't turn over. Only dash light is the battery and the temp gauge shoots off the scale!
