I recently picked up some WD40 brand white lithium grease in a rattle can. Pretty good stuff - cleaned out the door mechanisms and applied so they all now shut first time and with a proper click.

I use anti-stall all the time to hi for pulling away. Saves reaching for the handbrake on hills and means I can pull away anywhere without over-revving.

I would need to check, but I think I read in the manual that it's to reduce the stress on the starter motor. And yes, I always depress it when starting.

Well, I know I'm off to Machine Mart to get a torque wrench. Would you recommend checking the wheel nuts to see if they have been overtightened and putting to the correct torque?
