They did offer, but I took a refund instead, as the body shop is a long way away and it will be a lot less hassle to get them done locally, if I go for a repaint rather than completely new wheels and ...

Those are they! Just take your time. I watched a YouTube video to see the technique and got high on fumes whilst doing it!
