so buy taking the rear and mid boxes out is there no sound difference at all? as when i done my td5 disco there was a great sound out the back Twisted Evil

mine does it all the time when cold.... would describe it more of a whhhhrrrrr than a groan... seems to be more prevailent when on lock to lock turning.... when it is warm however the noise goes away. ...

did we get to the bottom of what the output of pin 19 on the ECU is? If that is enough to drive the VDO tacho then you wont need to spend the extra 30 odd quid to get the modified VDO tacho from croyt ...

ahhh good stuff.... i made a similar annoying mistake ended up putting the qt spacer on the front diff and not the back one.... need to swap it over will get round to it one day

Not a very difficult job to do really have now fitted discs and pads all round. While I was at it I changed the callipers and wheel bearings too. I have a few pics and will put up when I get a chance. ...

If i were to do this job I have been advised EBC grooved and drilled disks and Green stuff pads! Is there any detailed fitting guides or is it self explainatory??
Or even just some pics lol
